At 404 Apparel, we respect your localhost. We believe your data belongs to you, not an ad network. This document outlines exactly what inputs we collect, how we process them, and which third-party dependencies we rely on to deploy your order.
1. Data Inputs (Collection)
We only request the data strictly necessary to execute your transaction. We do not collect background location data, browsing history, or biometric data.

Identity Data: Name (for the shipping label).

Contact Data: Email address (for order confirmations and tracking updates) and Phone Number (mandatory for some international shipping carriers).

Financial Data: We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed via encrypted API calls to our payment gateways (Stripe or PayPal). We only receive a confirmation token (Success/Fail).

Technical Data: IP address and browser type (standard server logs for security and fraud prevention).
2. Runtime Dependencies (Third Parties)
We run a lean stack. We share your data only with the specific services required to manufacture and deliver your gear. We do not sell your data to data brokers.

Fulfillment (Printify): Your name and address are pushed to our print-on-demand partner to print and ship your order.

Payment Processing (Stripe/PayPal): Securely handles all financial transactions.

Analytics (Google Analytics): We use anonymized data to see which pages are returning
200 OKand which are throwing404 Errors.
3. Cookies (Session Storage)
We use cookies strictly for functional purposes.

Cart Persistence: To remember what items you added to your cart while you browse.

No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not use pixels to follow you around the internet or retarget you with ads on other platforms.
4. Security Protocols

5. User Commands (Your Rights)
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have root access to your personal data.

DELETE /data: You can request that we wipe your personal information from our database (excluding transaction records required by tax law).
